Hi, I’m Lisa!

I’m a UX Designer based in Philadelphia. I’m currently a Service Designer at a utility company, where I map and design complex processes while endeavoring to keep the user at the center of every experience.

Some of my favorite types of projects are creating journey maps and service blueprints, and building design systems.

In my free time, I love to draw comics and build Lego sets!
